Asas & Tujuan

Article 3 — Principles and Objectives

(1) Penanaman modal diselenggarakan berdasarkan antara lain asas kepastian hukum, keterbukaan, akuntabilitas, perlakuan yang sama dan tidak membedakan asal negara, serta kebersamaan.

(2) Tujuan penyelenggaraan penanaman modal antara lain meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional, menciptakan lapangan kerja, dan meningkatkan kemampuan daya saing dunia usaha nasional.

(1) Investment is conducted on principles including legal certainty, openness, accountability, equal and non-discriminatory treatment regardless of country of origin, and togetherness.

(2) The objectives of investment include increasing national economic growth, creating jobs and enhancing the competitiveness of national business.

Kebijakan Dasar

Article 4 — Basic Investment Policy

(2) Dalam menetapkan kebijakan dasar, Pemerintah memberi perlakuan yang sama bagi penanam modal dalam negeri dan penanam modal asing dengan tetap memperhatikan kepentingan nasional, serta menjamin kepastian hukum, kepastian berusaha, dan keamanan berusaha.

(2) In setting the basic policy, the Government accords equal treatment to domestic and foreign investors while taking account of the national interest, and guarantees legal certainty, business certainty and business security.

Bidang Usaha

Article 12 — Open Business Fields

(1) Semua bidang usaha atau jenis usaha terbuka bagi kegiatan penanaman modal, kecuali bidang usaha atau jenis usaha yang dinyatakan tertutup dan terbuka dengan persyaratan.
